WHAT IS SIGHTLINE ACADEMY?
We believe that the most effective training is based on individual needs. Whilst group training can still be effective, to provide tangible, lasting change on an individual basis, Sightline’s personalised training programmes provide exceptional results and return on investment.
All our programmes start with the individual. We analyse specific strengths and weaknesses through psychometric testing and needs analysis and design our programmes around those particular development requirements. We build a blend of Interval Training, HIT sessions, Webinars alongside Sightline Coaching over the course of 12 - 18 months. We measure skills and behaviours along the way so that the delegate can recognise the skills and behavioural change and the employer can assess the ROI.
